Our WordPress site maintenance plan keeps your site seamlessly up-to-date with the latest version of WordPress and associated plugins. We also perform regular security checks and backups of your site. If your site needs some upgrades to stay compatible with the most recent version of WordPress, no worries. We handle this, too.

FAQs
Yes. Each plan offers email support with a same-day response. We do our best to handle all requests the same business day they are received. We’ll let you know immediately if the work requested requires more than one business day. Email support is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Requests received after 3:00 PM are typically handled the next business day.
Our maintenance plan does not include user training but we are happy to point you in the right direction.
You can use your allotted time for anything related to routine WordPress website maintenance and upkeep, as well as small website updates. This includes:
- Updating core WordPress files and plugins, as well as making sure updates go smoothly.
- Troubleshooting problematic WordPress plugins and themes
- Assisting with full restoration of your website using the most recent backup we have on file if your website crashes or is compromised. If you are on our Silver plan (our most popular plan) we’ll backup your website files and database weekly.
- Making small updates to your website such as changing colors, fonts or adding/changing copy and images.
Website upgrades, graphic design or anything beyond routine website maintenance (and small updates) will be billed at our hourly rate. Additionally, anything related to website hosting is not covered, however, we are more than happy to help with website hosting issues at our hourly rate.
Unfortunately, no. You will need to use your allocated time before the end of each month.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or cancel your plan at any time.
Holley Creative does not host websites or support website hosting. If troubleshooting an issue with your website involves your host provider, in some cases, we will contact them on your behalf. Troubleshooting with your host provider is not covered under the maintenance plan.
No. The maintenance plan does not cover issues related to SEO. That includes errors generated by Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
If you have a design concept ready to go, we will be happy to make the changes so long as extensive development is not required. Please speak with us about your plans and we can consult on what we can do under the maintenance plan. Our designers are available at an hourly rate to discuss new design concepts and changes.
We will upload and configure a basic WordPress security plugin, however, we do not offer website security. If you are concerned about security, we can recommend a few website security companies.
Absolutely. The first hour of troubleshooting and cleanup is on us. After an attack, we cannot gaurentee that your website will not be compromised again, and we recommend that clients with vunerable websites invest in a robust website security solution.
